Boundless Advertising provides digital marketing strategy, paid media management, content planning, analytics, and optimization services for businesses seeking measurable growth. The exact scope of work is defined in each client agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to assets, approvals, brand guidelines, and relevant information needed to execute the agreed plan. Delays in feedback or content delivery may affect timelines and campaign performance.
Fees are due according to the schedule agreed in the service contract. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
While we aim to maximize campaign performance, results depend on market conditions, competitive factors, ad spend, landing page quality, and business readiness. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or conversion volumes.
We will treat client information, strategy details, and campaign data as confidential and will not disclose them without authorization, except as required by law.
All work created for a client remains subject to the terms of the signed agreement. Final assets and strategic recommendations may be used by the client, while pre-existing tools or templates remain the property of Boundless Advertising.
Boundless Advertising is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service period in question.
Either party may terminate services under the conditions defined in the agreement. Upon termination, all unpaid fees for completed work remain due.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
